We were seeking a distinct Costa Rican coffee and found it in this fine La Pastora lot from Costa Rica's oldest and largest growing cooperative. The combination of rich volcanic soil, high altitude, and careful cultivation make this Tarrazu a standout in terms of flavor, mouthfeel and satisfying aftertaste.
