Amazing fresh coffee

I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical ordering online from a shop that only had a PO Box address. But then I was happy with the delivery with a personal note attached. If that was good, I was supremely impressed when I opened the coffee itself. The freshness and flavor was so lovely. Without doubt the best coffee I had in a lonnnnng time and I will be ordering repeatedly

A fantastic medium-dark roast. Such smoothness and no bitterness at all. All three index coffeees that I've tried were great. Such a great roaster.

Another great index coffee

My third index coffee. This time the Ethiopian Guji. Again a fantastic coffee, like the other two. I've haven't had a good Ethiopian coffee in a while. This is beautiful, probably the cleanest natural I've had. No ferment at all. Really nice body and sweetness. Nice mild floral and really nice clean fruit. I've finally found a coffee roaster that I really like. They roast everything so perfect for the coffees. A really quality roaster. Also fast and fresh. Thanks for hard to find quality.

Costa rica

The second coffee I've ever tried from index. And again fantastic coffee. I've been in a slump with roasters, until now. Really nice fruit in this one. Apple and cherry to name a few. Nice and easygoing. No bitterness at all. Really a tasty coffee. Beautiful roasting job on both coffees.

Perfectly Roasted and Smooth

After getting recommendations from the owner, I order two bags of Peru Liz Colina beans. Sometimes I worry that a dark roast could be too bitter, but this is smooth and oh so delicious. 😋 I use an Aeropress and then add a little bit of frothed milk. ☕️
