Super nice, rich, and complex brew. For decaf, this a great coffee with full flavor and body. My go-to standard.

I find the Index coffees to be complex and flavorful. Roasted to perfection. The bean flavors really come out when brewed with 2 TblSp grounds per 6 oz of water. Rich and well balanced.

Great coffee. I use it in espresso and it is better than a traditional dark/espresso roast coffee.

The Ethiopia Sidamo Dark Roast is my go to purchase. When I'm stuck between all the other amazing roasts or I'm just short on time, I grad the Sidamo. It has great tasting notes with low acidity and can be brewed up any which way. My preferred method is in espresso. You can't go wrong with this one!

Some mornings a delicious light coffee is just perfect. I can drink it through the day because it was gentle on my stomach.

We tried their drip coffee at the Coffee Festival in DC and thought it was great! Strong but smooth and not bitter. Then we tried it at home as espresso and it pulls a great shot!

Most of my brewing is done with a Breville espresso machine. Scott always has the best recommendations for which beans will taste great and hold up to the brewing process. The Peru beans are tasty and make a fantastic latte.

It was perfect, the natural chocolate flavor was just perfect. Easily the best Ethiopian Sidamo dark roast I got to try.
The shipping was quick and efficient but at the cost of $6.44. I just wish it was as efficient while it was free for within the US.
Furthermore, I would like to try out other coffee provided by other roasters but this one for sure, I would come back to every now and then.

This coffee is very smooth and soft tasting to me. It is excellent when I drink it very strong and black.
