I've found my ultimate summer drink, and it's this cold brew concentrate mixed with sparkling water! On a hot day, it's incredibly refreshing and hits just the right spot. The concentrate has such a rich, smooth flavor that stands up perfectly to the fizz. I genuinely wish more people would discover the magic of their coffee!

Well, Index's Columbian GEISHA is our very favorite morning coffee. Now we have a favorite second cup coffee: Ethiopan Tariku Kare Bombe Outgrowers, natural process. This fine fruity, chocolatey, slightly funky coffee is delightful. Think of it perfectly pairing with a piece of snack cake. Ahhhhh.

I'm an Index coffee regular so you might think I'm biased. I'm a regular because the coffee is that good. If made properly, and with a good coffee maker, this coffee is superb. Expensive yes, but a little goodness in our lives is worth it, we've earned it. Even if in moderation.
