We've roasted this full-bodied lot from the Sidamo region dark enough for a great bottom end while still retaining a natural sweetness. For dark roast lovers, this is the full package - drink it black or with milk and sugar. It makes an EXCELLENT shot of espresso with plenty of crema. We recommend this coffee for espresso, Aeropress, Moka Pot, and pour-overs, for anyone preferring a fine dark-roasted Ethiopian coffee.
