Brew Guide Moka Pot

Moka Pot
NOTE: we recommend using a stainless steel Moka Pot instead of aluminum.
1. Grind coffee very fine - for typical home grinder, use one of the lowest settings.
2. Fill the base with boiling water, to just below the pressure valve (small button on the base).
3. Insert the coffee basket into the base.
4. Fill the basket with coffee, loosely packed. Do not tamp!
5. Screw the top on, using a tea towel to avoid burning your hands.
6. Put the fully assembled Moka Pot back on the stove with medium-high heat.
7. Brew until you start to hear a slight gurgling sound, which signals the end of brewing. Remove from heat before it starts sputtering loudly.
8. Serve and enjoy!
