Jose Galerani grows his coffee in Brazil's Mogiana region on 7 hectares, with a total yield of just 270 bags per year. He grew up on his family's coffee plantation and in 2018 started his own farm, which quickly grew a reputation for its distinct, high-scoring coffees.
