All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer local delivery in a limited area surrounding our offices. If your address is within our delivery area, local delivery will be displayed as an option at check out.
Local delivery is available for business and residential street addresses only, and is not available for P.O. boxes.
Deliveries are made from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. We will contact you via e-mail using the e-mail address you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number and we will investigate for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
If you require delivery at a P.O. Box, please select USPS from the available shipping options. Other carriers such as UPS and FedEx generally do not ship to P.O. Boxes; Index Coffee cannot be responsible for packages shipped to a P.O. Box using any shipping service other than USPS.
If you discover an error with your order or shipping damage, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make things right. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at email@example.com about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
