Ethiopia Sidama Dark Roast

We've roasted this full-bodied lot from the Sidama region dark enough for a great bottom end while still retaining a natural sweetness. It makes an EXCELLENT shot of espresso with plenty of crema. It also pairs nicely with milk and sugar. We recommend this coffee for espresso, Aeropress, Moka Pot, and pour-overs, for anyone preferring a fine dark-roasted Ethiopian coffee.
