You asked for it, so here it is: a Half-Caffeine blend that stands above the crowd! We take two fine Ethiopia coffees from the rich Sidamo region - one a caffeinated Guji with a great bottom end and natural sweetness; the other a full-bodied Mountain Water Process Decaf with great berry and chocolate notes we've roasted medium. Together you get a full-flavored, smooth, medium dark Ethiopian blend with only half the amount of caffeine.

Index's Half-Caf blend has low acidity for those with sensitive stomachs who prefer their coffee black, but it also pairs well with milk and sugar. We recommend this coffee for drip, espresso, Aeropress, Moka Pot, and pour-overs. It's versatility combined with great taste makes it a winner for anyone wanting less caffeine.
