This decaf is full of vibrant flavor that's sure to satisfy. We love the lush aroma, the tasting notes of apple, sweet plum and caramel, the silky mouthfeel and smooth finish. It's a standout coffee on its own, but would also pair nicely with our Mexico Microlot or our Ethiopia Sidamo Dark Roast as a half-caf.

Mountain Washed Process (MWP) decaf coffees extract the most caffeine of any processing method while also retaining the delicate flavors of origin before the caffeine was extracted.

San Vicente started exporting coffee in 2001. Since the initial export, the coffee has become famous for its quality and consistency. This is attributed to the excellent volcanic soil, microclimate provided by the proximity of Lake Yojoa, and the meticulous nature of the quality control experts at San Vicente. Not just an exporter, they also assist over 1,500 producers with planting, processing, and curating specialty coffee lots using relationships based on trust, hard work, and passion.
