This coffee was certified organic and Fair Trade , grown by COOPAFSI, a women-run cooperative in Peru's Cajamarca region. Members of this cooperative are also known as "Las Damas de San Ignacio." 

The cooperative empowers and promotes women-grown coffee. These women not only contribute to the physical and sensory quality of the coffee, they distribute loans enabling producers to improve their own land, support education and have even created a computer lab to help members stay up to date with technology.

Delicious Latte

Most of my brewing is done with a Breville espresso machine. Scott always has the best recommendations for which beans will taste great and hold up to the brewing process. The Peru beans are tasty and make a fantastic latte.
