Every coffee we purchase goes through an extensive evaluation process. Before committing to a coffee, we assess green coffee quality, measure moisture content and water activity, sample roast each coffee, and conduct blind cuppings to determine whether it meets our standards. Once we take delivery, we evaluate multiple production roast profiles before choosing the one that best expresses the coffee's unique character.
