This coffee from Colombia's renowned Huila region swept us off our feet. One sip and we knew we had to bring this in! This coffee is sourced from several smallholder farms in Santa Maria, a town located in the northern part of Huila known for producing coffees with bright, sweet flavors. We taste Chocolate, Red Apple and Peach, with sweet and floral notes and layers of flavor and complexity.
Huila is one of Colombia’s southernmost coffee-producing departments and accounts for nearly 20% of Colombia’s total coffee production. Producers in Huila are almost all smallholder families living on farms or plots with 2 hectares or less, and renowned for their attention to quality.
