We love Ethiopian coffee, and love coffees with a great story. This particular lot is sourced through the Foge Washing Station in Ethiopia’s Guji zone, in the Gelana Abaya District. These high-grown coffees are traceable and carefully curated to maintain a consistent flavor profile.

We taste plenty of the fruit flavors the Guji zone is known for, with a sweetness and full body that will make you sigh when you drink it. This coffee is rich, balanced and versatile for use with auto drip, pourovers, iced coffee and cold brew.

This coffee was grown and certified as organic, and the smallholder farms who grow these coffees are paid a premium and have the peace of mind that their entire harvest will be purchased.
